java - I'm struggling to export a Robocode bot to a jar file, so that my friend can run it on their machine

Question

I'm trying to make a bot for RoboCode, and it runs nicely on my device. But im struggling to export a Jar file so my friend can run it on their device.

I've packaged it using the Robocode built-in packager.

My friend is trying to import it using the Robocode: Robot -> Import Robot or Team tool. It gives a message saying import successful, and the jar file successfully gets copied into the Robocode obot directory. However, when we try to start a battle, it does not appear in the list of bots.
