Normalization/Database Design with nested repeating groups

I am trying to design a database and I'm struggling a little. I'd really appreciate if anyone could have a look.

When normalizing the data, it doesn't seem to turn out right (as I have a primary key with 3 fields) but I'm unsure of where I'm going wrong.. although the nested repeating groups in 1NF are confusing me so I'm guessing it is there: I am unsure of what fields to keep for a primary key when removing the nested repeating groups.

Below are photos of my normalization. I have done the brackets of each repeating groups in different colors to try make it clearer. I also have primary key's underlined, and foreign keys with an @ sign beside them.

1NF

2NF&3NF
